How is the fare calculated?+
A base fare of ₹499, plus a per-km rate for your vehicle, plus a driver allowance on multi-day trips and an estimated toll on journeys over 60 km. GST at 18% applies on the total. You see every line before you confirm.
Do you offer Bodh Gaya temple taxi and Patna airport drop from Gaya?+
Yes. Bodh Gaya is one of our most-booked routes — roughly 13 km and 25 minutes. Patna airport drops are about 100 km and 2 hr 30 min, and we track your flight so the pickup time adjusts if it moves.
How much do I pay to confirm a booking?+
A ₹499 advance locks your driver and vehicle. The balance is paid at drop. If you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup, the advance is refunded in full.
What is your cancellation policy?+
More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund. 6–24 hours: 80% refunded, less a ₹100 reservation fee. 2–6 hours: 50% refunded. Under 2 hours or a no-show: no refund.
Do you run multi-day Buddhist circuit tours?+
Yes — Bodh Gaya, Rajgir, Nalanda, Vaishali, Kushinagar and Varanasi, in whatever order suits you. Round-trip pricing includes a driver allowance per day. Tell us your dates and we will build the itinerary.
Is there a night charge?+
Outstation pickups between 10pm and 6am carry a ₹250 night surcharge. It is shown as a separate line in your fare before you confirm, never added afterwards.
What happens if I am running late at pickup?+
The first 30 minutes of waiting are free. After that we charge ₹2 per minute, added at the end of the trip rather than guessed up front.
