Shipping & delivery policy

We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved in any booking.

Your booking is delivered as a vehicle and driver arriving at the pickup point you gave, at the date and time you chose, for travel within roughly 500 km of Gaya. The fare, the vehicle class and the route are all shown before you confirm.

Your booking reference and a link to track it are shown as soon as you book. We confirm by phone or WhatsApp on the number you gave, and send the driver’s name, phone number and vehicle details before pickup.

The driver arrives at the booked pickup time. The first 30 minutes of waiting are free; after that, waiting is charged as set out in our Terms & conditions.

If we cannot provide a vehicle for a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund of anything you have paid, whatever the timing. See Refund & cancellation for this and for cancellations and no-shows.
