Terms & conditions

Every trip carries a minimum base fare of ₹499, regardless of distance or vehicle. Shorter journeys are billed at this minimum.

Base fare, plus distance at your vehicle’s per-km rate, plus a driver allowance on round trips, plus an estimated toll on journeys over 60 km. GST at 18% is applied to that total.

Round trips are charged for the full return distance and a driver allowance for each day the vehicle is engaged. Every line is shown before you confirm.

A ₹499 advance confirms your booking and reserves the driver and vehicle. The balance is payable at drop, in cash or online.

The first 30 minutes of waiting at pickup are free. Beyond that we charge ₹2 per minute, added at the end of the trip based on the actual wait rather than estimated in advance.

Outstation pickups between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am carry a ₹250 night surcharge. It appears as a separate line in your fare before you confirm and is subject to GST like any other charge.

Cancellation is free and fully refunded more than 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours a tiered refund applies. The full schedule is on our refund and cancellation policy page, which governs in all cases.

Inter-state permits, parking fees and any toll beyond the estimate shown are payable at actuals. Where the actual toll differs from our estimate, the difference is settled at the end of the trip.

Each vehicle lists its luggage capacity. Excess baggage may require a larger vehicle, which we will arrange where possible at the corresponding rate.

Our drivers are personally known to us and are expected to be punctual, courteous and sober. If a driver falls short of that, call +91 91531 36744 — we would rather hear about it immediately than read it in a review.

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. Drivers may decline to continue a journey where their safety is at risk.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, strikes or other events beyond our control. Where a delay is our fault, we will arrange a replacement vehicle or refund the advance.
